AI Workflows Guide is a practical resource for small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to use AI tools and automation platforms such as n8n, Make and Zapier to save time and money.
Who is behind this site
I’m Sergio Heras, a developer based in Spain. I build AI-powered products and automations for clients, including chatbots, workflow automations with n8n, and web applications. I started this site to share what I learn while building these systems, and to give small businesses a clear, no-hype view of which AI tools are worth their time.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
What you will find here
- Tool reviews and comparisons: AI models and automation platforms, with real pricing and trade-offs.
- Tutorials and guides: step-by-step setups for automation workflows you can reproduce.
- AI news explained for business: what a launch or a regulation changes for a small company.
How we create our content
Our articles are produced with the help of AI tools, through an automated publishing workflow that I built with n8n. We believe in being open about that, because this site is also a live example of the kind of automation we write about. Where an article relies on outside information, we link to the original sources. AI news moves quickly, so if you spot an error or an outdated detail, please tell us through the Contact page and we will correct it.
Independence and advertising
AI Workflows Guide is an independent publication. The site may show advertising and may include affiliate links, which help cover its costs. Our recommendations are not for sale. You can read the details in our Disclaimer and how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
