Editorial Policy

This page explains how articles on AI Workflows Guide are produced, checked and corrected, so you can judge how much weight to give them.

Who is responsible

AI Workflows Guide is written and edited by Sergio Heras, a developer in Spain who builds AI automations, chatbots and n8n workflows for clients. He is responsible for everything published on the site.

How articles are produced

We use AI openly, and this site is itself an example of the automation we write about. An n8n workflow that I built proposes topics based on current AI launches and tools. It researches public sources and drafts each article with a large language model. I then review the articles myself.

What the review covers

  • Facts and figures: prices, benchmarks, dates and specifications are checked against the sources linked in the article, preferably the vendor’s own documentation or announcement.
  • Vendor claims: performance numbers that come from the company selling the product are presented as the company’s claims, not as independent results.
  • Usefulness: each article should help a reader decide or do something, such as choosing a tool, estimating a cost or setting up a workflow. Content that does not do that is rewritten or removed.
  • Hands-on claims: where an article describes our own setup or tests, those come from workflows we have built. Where a tool has not been tested by us, the article is based on published information and should not be read as a hands-on review.

Sources

Articles that rely on outside information link to it, usually in a Sources section at the end. We prefer primary sources: official documentation, pricing pages, papers and announcements.

Corrections and updates

AI tools change quickly. When we find or are told about an error, we correct the article. When newer coverage replaces an older article, for example when a model is succeeded by a new version, the old article is retired and its address redirects to the current one. To report an error, please use the Contact page and include the article address.

Independence, advertising and affiliate links

The site may show advertising and may contain affiliate links, which help cover its costs. Advertisers and vendors do not review or approve articles before publication, and recommendations are not for sale. See the Disclaimer for details.
